As a team of mums and dads, we know this time of year can be hectic. With holiday season closures approaching, we encourage you to place your orders today to ensure you have your LittleOak on hand.

Our elves will be working hard to get them out the door so you can get back to what matters most – enjoying a magical holiday season with your little ones.

T&C’s: We will not be delivering over the weekend and statutory public holidays in December or January.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping via Australia Post (Canada Post): 3-9 Business Days

Express Shipping via DHL Worldwide Express: 2-6 Business Days

All orders placed before 11:30am (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on any business day, will be dispatched the same business day.  Orders outside of this will be dispatched the following business day.

Our transport partners operate on business days only, 7am – 7pm (local time). They do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Please note Your favourite LittleOak products are proudly milked and made in New Zealand and then shipped to you from our warehouse in Australia. In rare occurrences, Canadian Customs may occasionally spot check shipments to ensure they are legitimate imports for your own personal use. Rest assured that this is a routine process, however it might delay your shipping times. Delivery times are estimates only and exclude any customs processing.

Our delivery partner may contact you via email to verify that your product is for personal use. If you are contacted, simply email them your tracking ID and confirm that you are the receiver and that the goods are for your own personal use.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept product returns (even if your LittleOak formula tin is unopened and in its original packaging).

However if you purchased LittleOak and it wasn’t a good fit for your little one, we are happy to issue a refund*. To be eligible for a refund, please call our Careline Team on 1800 570 500 within 30 days of your order.

* Refund value is limited to:

– the cost of one formula tin in your region.

– the cost of up to four boxes of sachets in your region.

Transitioning to a formula can cause a change in stool, spit-ups, gas, mild tummy discomfort, and constipation. These symptoms do not necessarily mean LittleOak Goat Milk Formula is unsuitable for your baby, but may indicate a need to slow down or change how you are transitioning to the new formula. Our experienced team is here to support you and your baby on your feeding journey and can help at every step along the way.

We know that mistakes happen (especially in a busy household!), so it’s important that you be super careful when placing your orders as we can’t provide a refund or replacement due to an error when ordering.
