Crunch bars perfect for lunchboxes

Incredibly easy to make and delicious, these crunch bars are made with whole - brown rice, buckwheat and sorghum - which are great for gut, hormone, immune and heart health! Plus with healthy fats from the hemp seeds and peanut butter, these are an all-round nutrient-dense snack that will satisfy your sweet cravings! Ingredients:
3 cups whole grain puffs (which is a mix of brown rice puffs, buckwheat puffs & sorghum puffs)
3 Tbsp hemp seeds
¾ cup natural peanut butter (or seed butter if you can’t have nuts)
½ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g dark chocolate (or other chocolate of choice)

Method:
Line a small baking tray with baking paper.
Place whole grain puffs into a large mixing bowl & stir through hemp seeds.
In a small saucepan, heat peanut butter, maple & vanilla over medium heat until combined. Pour into whole grains and mix well to combine. Scoop into the lined baking tray and press down firmly.
Melt chocolate & pour evenly over whole grain base. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set then slice. Store in fridge. Enjoy.
